Hey, I'm the guy behind BricksWiki

I've been building websites with WordPress for over a decade — client sites, my own projects, and a lot of things in between. For most of that time I used the usual page builders, and I was never quite happy with them. Bloated code, slow pages, and the feeling that I was fighting the tool instead of building with it.

Then I tried Bricks. The first site I rebuilt with it went from a 70-something PageSpeed score to 97. No plugins removed, no server changes — just a cleaner tool. That was the moment I stopped treating Bricks as "another page builder" and started treating it as the right way to build on WordPress.

Why this site exists

When I switched, I noticed something: the good information about Bricks was scattered. The official docs covered the basics. The forum was full of unanswered questions. And most "reviews" were affiliate content written by people who'd never built a real site with it.

So I started writing things down — what worked, what didn't, how to avoid the traps I'd already fallen into. That's what BricksWiki is: a knowledge base built from real projects, updated when versions change, and honest about what's actually tested.

How I work

• Every article is based on something I actually built or tested.
• If I haven't verified a claim, the article says so.
• When Bricks releases a new version, I update the relevant guides within days.
• I don't do affiliate-driven rankings. If a tool is better, I say so — even when it's not Bricks.

What I build

Mostly WordPress sites for clients and businesses: marketing sites, product catalogs, and the occasional migration from an old Elementor or Divi site. I also experiment with headless setups — Bricks on the back end, Astro on the front — which is why you'll find a whole migration section here.
